FAQ

General

Euro Logik is a dedicated European specialty shop – we don’t split our attention across every make on the road. Our techs work exclusively on Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, MINI, and Volkswagen, so diagnostics, parts sourcing, and repair procedures are second nature rather than a side skill.
Yes. Our technicians carry factory-level training on European platforms and use the same class of diagnostic equipment dealerships use – manufacturer specific scan tools, OEM software, and manufacturer service data. The difference is overhead, not expertise: you get dealer-level diagnostic accuracy without dealer-level pricing.
No. Under the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, manufacturers cannot require you to service your vehicle exclusively at the dealership to keep your factory warranty valid. As long as scheduled maintenance is performed to manufacturer specifications with quality parts – which is exactly what we do – your factory warranty stays intact.
Yes, maintenance and repairs performed at Euro Logik are reported to Carfax, which helps document your vehicle’s history and supports resale value. We’re proud to be recognized as a 2025 Top Rated Carfax Service Center, backed by a perfect 5-star rating across more than 100 reviews.

Vehicles We Service

We specialize in Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, MINI, and Volkswagen – from routine maintenance to complex diagnostic and drivetrain work.
Yes, our technicians are equipped to handle performance variants across our supported brands, including higher-output engines and performance suspension/brake systems.
Absolutely – in many cases it matters more. European vehicles are engineered with tighter tolerances and brand-specific fluids and procedures. Proper maintenance on an older vehicle, using the correct parts and fluids for that platform, is what keeps repair costs predictable as mileage climbs.

Our Vehicle Health Assessment (DVI Program)

It’s our comprehensive multi-point digital vehicle inspection, performed at every visit. Our technicians photograph and document the condition of key systems – brakes, tires, fluids, belts, suspension, and more – and send you a visual report so you can see exactly what we see, not just take our word for it.
Every oil change and minor repair includes our Gold-level inspection at no charge. Your visit is automatically upgraded to our more comprehensive Platinum inspection when you’re having a major mileage service performed (30K/60K/90K) or any visit where your total service spend is $500 or more.
No – the inspection is never a separate paid line item. Gold-level comes standard with any visit; the more comprehensive Platinum-level is automatically included once your service qualifies (a major mileage service, or $500+ in work performed).
No. Our inspection report separates what’s needed now, what’s coming up soon, and what’s simply worth watching. You decide what to approve – there’s no pressure and no bundling of unnecessary work.

Pricing & Estimates

We can give you a general range for routine maintenance, but for diagnostic or repair work we need to physically inspect the vehicle first. European vehicles often have multiple possible causes for the same symptom, and a phone estimate risks under-quoting or misdiagnosing the issue. An accurate quote follows a proper inspection.
We offer full diagnostic service for all the brands we work on. For basic diagnostics, our rate is $99 for the first hour, then $185 per hour after that. For more complex situations – no-start conditions and similar – diagnostic time is billed at $185 per hour, and we generally ask for two hours up front for no-starts and tow-ins. In most cases, that first hour tells us whether further diagnostic time is even needed. If a car ends up needing more time than expected, that doesn’t automatically mean you’re billed for every extra minute – we’ll talk you through it and work with you based on the specific situation.
No – diagnostic fees are separate from repair costs and aren’t credited back, regardless of whether you decide to have the repair done with us.
We use a tiered parts approach matched to the job and your preference – OEM and OE equivalent parts for critical components, with quality aftermarket options available where appropriate. We’ll always explain the tradeoffs before you approve work.
No – we source all parts ourselves. This lets us stand behind our parts and labor warranty, since we can’t guarantee the quality or fitment of parts we didn’t procure.
We use fluids and parts specified for European platforms, not generic equivalents – using the wrong fluid on some of these systems can cause real problems down the line. The slightly higher price reflects using what your specific vehicle actually calls for.

Yes – we offer financing through Snap Finance for larger repairs.

Service & Warranty

We back our repairs with a 24-month/24,000-mile warranty on parts and labor.
We always recommend an oil change every 5,000 miles, regardless of what your dash indicator says – staying proactive on oil changes is one of the simplest ways to prevent bigger, more expensive problems down the road. Manufacturer intervals typically range from 5,000–10,000 miles depending on the model and your driving habits, but we’ll confirm the right schedule for your specific vehicle during your visit.
Yes. If you’re considering a used European vehicle, we’ll perform a thorough inspection of the major systems – engine, transmission, suspension, electronics – before you commit, so you know what you’re actually buying. Our pre-purchase inspections start at $199.
Yes, we use manufacturer-level diagnostic tools to reset service indicators, run software updates, and diagnose fault codes across our supported brands.

Scheduling & Logistics

You can book online through our website scheduler or call the shop directly – whichever’s easier for you.
Yes – we have a comfortable seating area with a TV and complimentary water, plus a desk if you’d like to get some work done while you wait.
Yes – depending on the length of your job, we’ll set you up with either a loaner vehicle or shuttle service so you’re not stuck waiting around.
Same-day service is available for routine maintenance and many minor repairs, depending on shop capacity that day.
